LitSet Books

A literary reset for your manuscript   and your writing life.

Welcome to
LITSET BOOKS

LitSet Books helps women writing upmarket, speculative, and genre fiction transform their manuscripts and author careers through a signature reset process—bringing clarity to the story, confidence to the writer, and alignment to the market.

The
LITSET METHOD

LitSet Books offers a three-tiered reset that addresses the full life cycle of a novel:

1. Author Reset – Coaching to rebuild confidence, focus, and clarity so you can start and finish your novel strong.

2. Story Reset – Deep developmental edit to uncover the emotional truth, sharpen the hook, and make your story irresistible.

3. Publishing Reset – Market positioning, query package polishing, and next-step strategy so your work is ready for agents or indie success.

How can the
LITSET help you?

Maybe you’ve been told your manuscript isn’t ready, or that publishing is too competitive to even try. Maybe you’ve started to wonder if your dream of being an author is unrealistic. I’ve heard those doubts, too—both from writers and from the industry itself.

But I know from experience that with the right guidance, clarity, and encouragement, writers can create books that stand out—and a writing life that's sustainable. That’s why I started LitSet Books: to provide authors with the opportunity of a literary reset and the support they need to move forward with confidence.

You’re not too late. In fact, there’s never been a better time to write the story only you can tell. If you’re ready to take your manuscript—and your author career—seriously, I’d love to be your partner in the journey.

The world needs your unique creative spark now more than ever.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

ERIN M.

Christine is an amazing editor and mentor. I hired her to help me edit and improve my first novel and it was a true pleasure working with her. She was insightful, supportive and honest with her feedback - she helped me improve my writing, plot, characters and everything in between. On top of that, she was reliable, organized and wonderful to work with in such an intimate setting (because let's be real - writing is something we all hold close to our hearts).

SARA G.

Working with Christine was such an impactful experience. When I first met her, my now-published book was only a journal entry and she was able to help me throughout the writing process to urn that journal entry into a cohesive story. Her feedback was prompt, unique to my individual writing style, and in moments of doubt and uncertainty, she was there motivating me to keep writing. Christine is such an amazing writing coach and editor and I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her!

JACKIE P.

The moment I connected with Christine over Zoom for a consultation, I knew she was the right editor for me. We totally clicked and her developmental edit on my manuscript was incredible. She  100% saw my vision for the book, and her edits and notes felt like missing pieces to the puzzle. She understood my voice, what I was trying to say, and how to get my book in fighting shape to query agents. I'm eternally grateful to her as a pubslihed author herself, and I'd point every writer friend her way.
